Quick! Fix it.


Check out the weightloss sections of any forum, and you will see the questions asking about all the shake diets, diet pills, surgery, and so on, to lose weight.

Here is a suggestion. Get off your fat arses and do some exercise, stop eating crap, and control your portion size. Easy fixed.

You know what also 'gets my goat'? "Oh don't judge people because of their weight, they could have a medical condition". STOP MAKING EXCUSES! People are fat because they can't be fucked moving their arse, and because they reach for the junk food before they reach for the right foods. They are fat because they are ignorant to the fact they are treating their bodies like crap, and most of all because people KEEP MAKING EXCUSES for them.

Quick fixes don't fix anything. They are dangerous, unhealthy and teach you nothing. When you stop the quick fix, the weight is just going to come right back, sweetheart. Being lazy will get you nowhere, look where it has gotten you to start off with. Do the hard yards, it pays off.

On a side note, have you noticed how many of these parenting forum members are fat or obese? I'd take a guess that over half would be, easily.
